The boot up problem can be caused by several issues, but one of the issues can be that you may need to reset the BIOS.
If you enter the BIOS and simply reset the settings to its defaults, this may fix the issue. You can also resolve a boot issue with simply entering the system BIOS and exiting out of the BIOS.
