Problems/Symptoms:
1. The MX432 printer from Cannon scans the documents but separates them in separate files.
Solution:
-There is a check box called “Preview or scan images as separate files,” and this box has to be unchecked in order for the document to fully scan. This check box is ticked by default, so it may possibly confuse someone that the documents are not scanning properly.
The check box “Preview or scan images as separate files” has to be unchecked. I am using Windows 7 and the default program for scanning documents.
