Problems/symptoms:
1. I am unable to connect to the internet.
-The task bar displays a yellow shield with an exclamation point mark on the internet connectivity symbol.
Solution:
-Sometimes, simply, resetting the router and the modem will fix the problem which was what I needed to do in my particular situation.
When my internet was not working correctly, I would get “This webpage is not available” from chrome.
After powering down the router and modem, and powering them back up, the internet started to function again.
